Who owns this company?

Shefrom.com is a sister company of Mess in a Bottle. 

I don't see my city or town. Can you add it?

You can choose to have a She from [your city] shirt created by clicking here. We reserve the right to only acknowledge custom cities on She from [your city] orders.

Can I choose a non-binary pronoun for my shirt?

Yes, please add your pronoun in the order notes on cart page.

 

SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 7-10 business days. Most orders are received within 10 days of ordering. International orders usually take 3+ weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way.

Shipping times:

Standard US: 5 to 12 business days (but historically ships between 3 to 5 business days)

Expedited US: Please contact us if you would like to expedite shipping. Keep in mind the order processing time of 5-7 business days. 

What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, except for International shipments. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
Since we print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES. Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or send us an email for questions.

If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at for further information. 

All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on custom shefrom orders or orders that have completed payment and shipped.

Can I cancel/modify my order?
Most orders can be canceled or modified with 24 hours after purchase. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change. 

Will I get a bottle?

There is no bottle included with your shefrom order. 

What shirt brand do you print on?
All  t-shirts are printed on amazing quality, cotton/ poly cotton blend tees. Our shirts have are trendy with a slim fit, but they run true to fit if sized per our sizing chart.

What size should I order?
Our sizes range from XS - 2XL. Please see our sizing chart for more details and suggestions for fit. These are unisex (mens) tees. Women should order one size DOWN from their regular size. 

What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
Shefrom shirts are printed using screenprint or direct to garment process. 

Will the designs fade?
Some of the prints will fade some after being washed. Black prints tend to fade the most, but will still hold up for lots of wear and washes. Washing instructions are found on the tag of each shirt or keep reading below.

Are there any specific care instructions?
Yes, please follow these tips to take care of the t-shirts:

  • Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
  • Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.
  • Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
  • Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system. We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information.
